The packaging show EMPACK 2018 will take place in Zürich from 11th to 12th of April. baumannpacking will also attend this show event on the booth of our sales partner gramagpacking. You
will find us in hall 4 / booth F28 - we look forward to meeting you there!

baumannpacking will introduce the latest PICDIS model - a very compact packaging system suitable for filling and sealing of premade pouches and bags in various styles. Features of this new PICDIS generation are the modular hygienic design and high availability - able to handle speeds of up to 25 pouches/min.

Girls Day 2016 at Baumann Maschinenbau Solms

Three students from our local area profited from this year’s Girls Day to get a taste of possible jobs within the mechanical engineering industry.

With the assistance of Viktor Safiew, the three girls made a sketch of a specific work piece, which they subsequently transferred to our CAD-program.

Finally, the girls manufactured their work pieces and were very proud to be able to take them home as a memory of this year’s Girls Day.

Cutting SYstem wows the crowd

2/3 of DRUPA 2016 are already history – the perfect time for a first look at the intermediate result of the show, which has so far been very positive, according to BaumannWohlenberg.

„It is overwhelming to see, how many visitors are interested in our new Cutting System Gamma 4.0“, says Volkmar Assmann, managing director at BaumannWohlenberg. This system has been made for all customers, who process large cutting volumes and who are confronted with cutting times of more than 5 minutes per ream – the majority of the orders consisting of small and medium print runs.

Introduction of the new AGILIS Concept

The New AGILIS packaging machine concept was introduced during the traditional agents meeting before the DRUPA show.

The whole sales team was very impressed by ist features and has already generated several new orders in the aftermath.
